“We have built incredible ties with hundreds of communities and thousands of customers, and our demographic has remained stable,” said Phil Greifeld, CEO of Huddle House. “While maintaining our customer base is important, we wondered what would happen if we added some effort to developing relationships with an additional focused group: The younger demographic.”
